About Gift Voucher & Points

1. Introduction to Shopping Credit
• $1 in shopping credit can be used to offset an order amount of $1, with a maximum offset of up to 10% of the order total.

• Shopping credit cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused credit cannot be extended beyond its validity period.

• Validity: 365 days.

 

2. Ways to Earn Shopping Credit
[First Registration]

New members receive $30 NTD in shopping credit upon joining.


[Birthday Gift]

Birthday shopping credit is sent on the member's birthday and is valid for 31 days.

• General Members: $50 NTD
• VIP Members: $100 NTD


[Purchase Rewards]

Earn shopping credit for single purchases of $1,000 (or more).

• General Members:

   Earn 1% shopping credit for every $1,000 spent.
• VIP Members:

   Earn 2% shopping credit for every $1,000 spent.
*VIP Members receive an additional 1% shopping credit for purchasing "Albums & Vinyl" products.*

1. Introduction to Points
• Points can be redeemed for gifts at the store (gift options are updated periodically).

• Points are issued after the order status is marked as "Completed."

• Validity: Points expire at the end of the year following the year they were earned.

 

2. Ways to Earn Points
Earn points for single purchases of $1,000 (or more) at the store.

General Members: Earn 100 points for every $1,000 spent. (Example: Spend $1,769 to earn 100 points; Spend $2,252 to earn 200 points, and so on.)
VIP Members: Earn 200 points for every $1,000 spent. (Example: Spend $1,769 to earn 200 points; Spend $2,252 to earn 400 points, and so on.)
 
◼︎ How to Check Shopping Credit & Points ◼︎
• Log in to your account and go to the Member Area → Store Shopping Credit for inquiries.
• Log in to your account and go to the Member Area → Member Points for inquiries.
 
※ Notes:

• Shopping credit and points are for the use of the member only and cannot be transferred.

• Shopping credit and points earned from orders will be based on the final checkout amount shown in the cart.

• If an order is canceled or returned, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding shopping credit and points earned from that order.
