FIRE ONE SHOP MEMBERSHIP

1. FIRE ON SHOP Membership

General Member | VIP Member


2. Membership Validity

Upon completing membership registration, you will receive the benefits of a general member. If you upgrade to VIP status due to accumulated spending, the new membership tier will be valid for 12 months from the upgrade date.

(Example: If you become a VIP member on September 5, 2024, your membership will be valid until September 4, 2025.)

 

3. Membership Criteria

▪ General Member

Register to become a member; valid permanently.

 

▪ VIP Member

If a member spends $5,269 or more within one year, the system will automatically upgrade the membership the day after meeting the criteria.

 

4. Renewal Conditions

When the membership period expires, the system will determine if the total spending within the past 12 months meets the renewal criteria. If the spending meets the renewal conditions, the membership level will be automatically extended. If not, the membership will be downgraded to a general member.

 

5. Birthday Gift

General Members & VIP Members:

Birthday shopping credits will be issued on the member's birthday and are valid for 31 days.

*Birthday shopping credits will be automatically sent to the account on the birthday according to the information provided by the member. Please ensure your details are accurate and complete to receive the shopping credits. Credits will not be reissued if the information is incorrect or if the birthday is missed. Thank you for your understanding.

 

6. Exclusive Member Benefits

・General Members & VIP Members enjoy free shipping on single orders over $1,000.

・VIP Members receive a 5% discount on all store purchases (excluding certain items).
・Shopping Credits: For details, please refer to the Shopping Credits & Points section.
・Member Points: For details, please refer to the Shopping Credits & Points section.

・For related membership terms and privacy details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
・General Members & VIP Members may have their membership removed in cases of refunds, multiple returns, or uncollected items.
・Membership discounts do not apply to certain items; if there are other special discounts in-store, the lower discount will apply.
・Member benefits are only valid for use on the FIRE ON SHOP online website and cannot be used at physical event booths.
・FIRE ON SHOP reserves the right to make final modifications to membership rules and may add, delete, revise, or change them according to actual circumstances. Please refer to the official announcements on the FIRE ON SHOP website for updates, as no additional notice will be given.
